Transcription request

The transcription service of the student office of the École nationale des chartes allows individuals experiencing difficulties with paleography to be put in contact with student paleographic archivists who can help them decipher documents that merit transcription.

These students carry out transcription or even translation work for remuneration. The estimate is established by the students responsible for the service, in agreement with the sponsor. The rate is 23 euros per hour of work.
